 show overview

SIZE MATTERS: Small Works

Group Show of artwork in all media in which the scale is no larger than 12" in height, width or diameter. This small works survey poses questions such as is value assessed by quantity or quality, by the inch or on subject and content? Is importance determined by size or stature?

The theme of the show offers a wide variety of intimately scaled and affordably priced artwork in all media. Thirty five artists were invited from throughout the region and along with a selection of artists from throughout the country who show with the gallery regularly. Many produced new works specifically for the show, others present sketches and studies for larger works.
